About 978ph

Our Story

978ph was founded with a clear vision: to create the most trusted, entertaining, and player-focused online gaming platform specifically tailored for Filipino players. Since our launch, we've grown from a startup with big dreams into one of the Philippines' leading online casinos and sports betting destinations, serving tens of thousands of active players from Luzon to Mindanao and everywhere in between.

What started as a small team of gaming industry veterans and technology experts passionate about delivering fair, transparent, and exciting online entertainment has evolved into a full-service gaming platform offering live casino with Filipino dealers, hundreds of premium slot games, comprehensive sports betting covering PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, and more, plus bingo, sabong streaming, racing events, and innovative game categories. Through every stage of growth, we've remained committed to our founding principles: player safety, responsible gaming, instant payouts, and genuine customer care.

978ph operates under strict regulatory compliance frameworks aligned with PAGCOR standards, ensuring every game, bet, and transaction meets the highest integrity benchmarks. Our platform leverages cutting-edge security technology including bank-level SSL encryption, certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for game fairness, and robust identity verification protocols to protect players from fraud and ensure only legitimate, age-verified users access our services. We believe trust is earned through transparency, consistency, and unwavering commitment to ethical operations—values that define every decision we make at 978ph.

Our Mission

At 978ph, our mission is to provide Filipino players with a safe, entertaining, and rewarding online gaming environment that combines international quality standards with local cultural understanding. We recognize that Filipino players have unique preferences, payment needs, and customer service expectations. That's why we offer instant GCash and PayMaya deposits and withdrawals, Tagalog-English bilingual customer support available 24/7, mobile-optimized gameplay designed for Philippine network conditions, and Filipino-speaking live dealers who create a culturally familiar atmosphere at our live casino tables.

Our mission extends beyond entertainment. We're committed to promoting responsible gaming practices by providing deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, reality checks, session time limits, and access to professional support resources for players who may be experiencing gambling-related challenges. We strictly enforce age verification (21+ only) and zero-tolerance policies against underage gambling, fraudulent accounts, and money laundering. Every member of the 978ph team understands that our long-term success depends on player trust, which means operating with integrity, fairness, and genuine care for our community's wellbeing.

Why Filipino Players Trust 978ph

Trust isn't given—it's earned. Here's how 978ph has built a reputation as the most reliable online gaming platform in the Philippines:

• Lightning-Fast Payouts: We understand that when you win, you want your money immediately. 978ph processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals in 5-30 minutes on average, 24/7 including weekends and holidays. No waiting days for bank transfers or dealing with complex verification procedures for routine withdrawals. Your winnings, in your mobile wallet, within minutes.
• Certified Game Fairness: Every slot, live casino game, and RNG-based game on 978ph uses certified systems audited by independent testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. We publish RTP (Return to Player) percentages transparently and maintain complete game logs. Physical live dealer games stream in real-time from licensed studios—what you see is exactly what's happening, with no hidden algorithms or manipulation possible.
• Bank-Level Security: Your personal information, payment details, and account credentials are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption—the same technology used by major Philippine banks. We never store credit card details on our servers, and all passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms, meaning even 978ph staff cannot view your actual password. Two-factor authentication adds an extra security layer for maximum account protection.
• 24/7 Tagalog-English Support: Gaming questions at 3 AM? Withdrawal inquiry on a Sunday? Bonus terms clarification during a holiday? Our customer support team is available around the clock, every single day of the year, speaking both Tagalog and English fluently. Live chat averages 2-4 minute response times, with phone and email support also available. We understand Filipino gaming culture, local holidays, payment systems, and communication styles—support that genuinely understands your needs.
• Mobile-First Design: Over 85% of Filipino players access 978ph via smartphone. Our platform is engineered specifically for mobile with touch-optimized controls, minimal data usage (critical for prepaid users), fast loading on 3G/4G networks, portrait and landscape orientation support, and seamless switching between apps without losing your session. Play from anywhere—commuting on the MRT, waiting at SM Mall, relaxing at home in the province, or on break at work.
• Comprehensive Game Selection: 978ph offers 500+ games covering every category Filipino players love: live baccarat, blackjack, and roulette with Filipino dealers; slots from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming; sports betting on PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football; bingo rooms; sabong streaming; racing events; and innovative game shows. New titles added weekly ensure fresh entertainment and variety.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

978ph believes that online gaming should be fun, entertaining, and never harmful. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide comprehensive tools to help players maintain healthy gambling habits:

All players must be 21 years or older to create accounts and play at 978ph, in full compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. We verify age during the account registration process and require government-issued ID confirmation before processing first withdrawals. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited, with zero tolerance for violations. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 are immediately suspended and any balances forfeited.

Players can set deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) directly in account settings. Once limits are reached, no additional deposits are possible until the next period. Loss limits, session time limits, and reality checks help maintain awareness and prevent excessive play. Self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure are available for players who need a break or recognize problematic gambling patterns. Our support team handles self-exclusion requests with confidentiality and respect, providing resources and referrals to professional counseling organizations specializing in gambling addiction support.

We encourage family members and friends to reach out if they're concerned about a loved one's gambling behavior. 978ph partners with responsible gaming organizations and maintains educational resources about recognizing problem gambling warning signs, setting healthy boundaries, and accessing help when needed. Gaming should enhance life, not harm it—that's the 978ph promise.
