1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using 978ph services in any capacity, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines posted on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using 978ph services and close your account.

978ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 978ph services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any gaming activities on 978ph. This age restriction complies with Republic of the Philippines gambling laws and regulations. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

978ph employs robust age verification procedures during registration and may request additional documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, etc.) at any time to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Legal Capacity and Jurisdiction

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 978ph complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations governing online gambling in your place of residence.

978ph services are intended exclusively for players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal and authorized. Players are prohibited from accessing 978ph services from jurisdictions where such activities are illegal, restricted, or require specific licensing that 978ph does not hold. We reserve the right to restrict access from specific geographic locations at our sole discretion.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from registering or using 978ph services:

• Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age
• Individuals who have been self-excluded or banned from gambling platforms
• Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of 978ph or affiliated companies
• Software providers, payment processors, or other third-party service providers associated with 978ph operations
• Persons acting on behalf of, or in collusion with, other players
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited
• Persons who have previously had accounts terminated by 978ph for violation of terms

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

3.1 Account Creation

To access 978ph services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. Required information typically includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and government identification details.

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, alternate accounts, secondary accounts) are strictly prohibited. If we discover that you maintain multiple accounts, all accounts will be immediately suspended, funds forfeited, and winnings voided. This prohibition includes attempts to circumvent restrictions by using different names, addresses, email accounts, or payment methods.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, PIN, security questions). You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. 978ph will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be reported immediately to our security team.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access or security breach, you must immediately notify 978ph customer support and change your password. 978ph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Account Verification

978ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), payment method verification (credit card photo, bank account statement), and source of funds documentation. Verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals and may be required at any stage of account usage.

Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All documents must be clear, legible, valid, and issued by recognized authorities. We employ advanced fraud detection systems and may request additional verification if inconsistencies or suspicious activities are detected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

978ph accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods displayed in the cashier section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly stated during the deposit process.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited. 978ph reserves the right to reverse deposits originating from unauthorized sources and suspend accounts pending investigation. Processing times vary: e-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are typically instant; bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful account verification and compliance with all applicable terms. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (typically ₱500 for e-wallets). Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name matching verified account information. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Standard withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5-30 minutes for verified accounts during business hours; bank transfers take 1-3 business days; credit card refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on issuing bank policies. 978ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Fees and Charges

978ph does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees under normal circumstances. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their financial institutions or payment providers. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions involving non-PHP currencies.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

978ph strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements mandated by Philippine law and international standards. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and freeze accounts pending investigation. Players must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests are processed, unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods or jurisdictions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Bonus Terms

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. Players must opt-in to participate in promotions unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

978ph has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity designed to exploit promotional offers. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions; coordinated betting patterns with other players; low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements; and using stolen payment methods. Violations result in immediate account termination, bonus forfeiture, and confiscation of all funds including deposits.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing bet details before confirmation. 978ph is not liable for errors in bet placement due to user mistakes, technical issues, or misunderstandings. In cases of obvious system errors (incorrect odds, malfunctioning games), 978ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting rules are governed by specific regulations for each sport and market. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules. Settlement is based on official results announced by governing sports bodies. Protests, disqualifications, or rule changes after official results are announced do not affect bet settlements unless explicitly stated. • Late betting, arbitrage betting, or syndicate play
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 978ph, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

978ph is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, equipment malfunctions, or acts of God that prevent access to the platform or affect gameplay. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

978ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, breach of payment terms, or any activity deemed harmful to platform integrity. Upon termination, all bonuses and pending winnings are forfeited. Deposits may be refunded minus applicable fees and reversed bonuses, subject to verification and investigation outcomes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of 978ph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Players agree to attempt resolution through customer support and mediation before pursuing legal action.
